Thank you for selecting the Radisson Inn Colorado Springs North for
your group over the dates of September 6 -9, 2001. Reservations must
be made on or before August 6, 2001. We look forward to having you
with us. The purpose of this letter is to provide you with some
information about our hotel.
We are a full service hotel conveniently located at I-25 and North
Academy Boulevard. We are across the street from a major shopping mall,
and there are several restaurants within walking distance from the
hotel. All of our guestrooms are equipped with complimentary coffee, a
hair dryer, and iron and ironing board. Additionally, we have an indoor
24- hour pool, a sauna, an outdoor hot tub, and a fitness room. We also
offer complimentary airport shuttle service.
We are pleased to offer attendees of the PILOT TRAINING CLASS 53F a
guestroom rate of $79.00 single/double
occupancy, plus 8.1% tax. This rate includes our complimentary, daily
hot, full breakfast buffet. To receive this rate, you must make
reservations by calling the Radisson Worldwide Reservation Center at
(800) 333-333. When speaking with the reservation center, you must first
request to make a reservation at the Radisson Inn Colorado Springs
North. Reservations can also be made directly at the hotel by calling
(719) 598-5770 ext. 305. Then you must identify yourself as being with
the PILOT TRAINING CLASS 53F.
Once you arrive at the Colorado Springs Airport's baggage claims
area, we recommend that you immediately call our hotel to request our
airport shuttle. (There is a courtesy phone located in the baggage
claim area that you can use to call Radisson Inn Colorado Springs North.).
We are located 15 miles north of the Colorado Springs Airport, so we ask
that you allow up to 90 minutes for our complimentary shuttle to arrive.
As an alternative, taxi services is available for approximately $40.00
one-way.
